I am an enrolled member of the Yakama Tribe. I’m from Toppenish, WA which is located on the Yakama Reservation. My major is General Studies. My focus is on Humanities with an emphasis in Digital Technology and Culture and Human Development. I chose WSU because when I visited for the Native Youth Exploring Higher Education camp I fell in love with the campus and the community WSU has. I am involved in Ku-ah-mah, the Native American Women’s Association, and I’m also on an intramural basketball team. I also go to a lot of football home games.
