Welcome new Native Cougs! It’s Grand Entry time, don’t miss it! Grand Entry is an opportunity for incoming Native students to be introduced to the resources, staff and services on campus to support them, as well as meeting other Native Cougs!

    Ice Cream and Ice Breakers
    Get to know Native American Programs and other Native students and parents! Cleveland Hall, 1-3p


  • Monday, August 17
    American Indian Studies minor
    Learn what courses are offered! Cleveland Hall, room 21A, 1-2p

  • Tuesday, August 18
    Native American Student Center Open House
    Meet the Native American Programs Staff and peer mentors. Cleveland Hall 21B, 2-4p

  • Wednesday, August 19
    Hike Kamiak Butte
    Hike the Palouse's favorite hiking spot, named after Chief Kamiakin! Meet at Cleveland 21B at 9a, 9a-12p

  • Thursday, August 20
    Games with Native Student Orgs
    Stickgame, bingo and prizes, oh my! Find out how you can get involved in Ku-ah-mah, Native American Women's Association, Society for Indian Psychologists, AISES and the Wazzu Singers. Cleveland Hall 21B, 3-5p

  • Friday, August 21
    All Campus Picnic
    Grab a burger and stop by the Native Programs booth! NE Fairway, outside Beasley Coliseum, 11a-1:30p
