    Come enjoy traditional foods made with vegetables, wild rice, plants, and foods. Learn about the foods and plants used in the menu.

    Plant Medicine Workshop
    Come learn about plants in common essential oils through a presentation then stay after to make one of three types of “Rollerball” choices will be migraine/headaches, stress, mental clarity + balance.

    Movie Night
    Come watch “Indian Horse” then have a debrief about Boarding Schools with Jerry and Janelle
    Dinner and snacks provided.
