Pullman Campus
Youth Exploring Higher Education (NY’EHE) on the Pullman campus is an overnight camp for high school students interested in exploring opportunities a college education offers.
The camp will consist of exposing students a variety of career fields, promote health and wellness, and provide college preparation. Activities will include:
- Nation Building Activities
- Exposure to STEAM related fields
- Careers
- Higher Education Preparation
The goals of NY’EHE are to:
- Motivate students towards wellbeing, positive identity, career aspirations, and pursuing their education.
- Expose students to role models, learning activities, and what is possible for their future college/career.
- Connect students to their identity, positive relationships, and how their pursuit of college/career can build themselves up.
- Prepare students for the skills, experiences and plans they need to attain their college/career aspirations.
