Native American Programs Many Nations. One Community.

Inter-Institutional MOU

On March 24, 2008, Washington State University signed an inter-institutional memorandum of understanding with Lewis-Clark State College, North Idaho College, Northwest Indian College, and the University of Idaho to form a Native American Collaborations Committee. The signing was held at the Nez Perce National Historical Park near Lapwai, Idaho by the Clearwater River.  The Collaborations Committee is comprised of representatives from each of the five institutions and meets semi-annually.

“The Committee’s mission shall be to strengthen the instruction and scholarship about,
and services to Native Americans offered by each institution.”
The complete Memorandum of Understanding can be read here.
