Native American Programs Many Nations. One Community.

Outreach & Recruitment

Welcome!  We are happy you are considering pursuing your education at Washington State University!

Nestled among the rolling hills of the Palouse, you will find a little town called Pullman, home to the main campus of Washington State University, and 20,000 Cougs!  The WSU campus is located about 1.5 hours south of the city of Spokane, and less than an hour from the Nez Perce and Coeur d’Alene Reservations.

Native American Programs facilitates and coordinates Native American early outreach, recruitment, and community relations.  We share responsibility for the recruitment of Native American students by working closely with the WSU Office of Admissions and Student Financial Services.

We welcome the opportunity to answer your questions, host you on campus, and share what we think are the best things about being a Native Coug!
